RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
All returns must be made within 30 days and authorized with a completed RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) form.
Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note credits cannot be issued for merchandise damaged or not delivered through our facility.
No cash refund on returns, store credit only. Store credits not used within one year will be forfeited. Absolutely no returns on electrical items. ALL special-order parts are non-returnable.
A restocking charge of up to 25% will be levied on ALL part returns.
